The address only with the reminder (24 h before)
The property address in the listing – and at the weekend strangers ring the owner's doorbell or inspect the façade on their own. With address release, only prospects who have booked learn the meeting point – automatically, 24 hours before the appointment.
Setting under Settings → Process settings.
How It Works
Set the option
Settings → Process settings → set “Address information of the property” to “hidden”.
Prospects book without the address
Booking page and confirmation do not name the location yet; the appointment is binding all the same.
The address arrives automatically
With the reminder email 24 hours before. If the meeting point changes afterwards, timum additionally notifies by SMS (if activated).

Whoever wants the address has to book bindingly – a natural qualifying filter against sightseers.
The meeting point can be controlled per appointment, availability, appointment type or property – instead of an address it can also be a video-call link or a phone number.
