How It Works
Create or import
On the Appointment types page choose “Add appointment type”: create a new one or take it over from your CRM.
Define the rules
Duration, buffer times, descriptions before and after booking, optionally a default meeting point and a price.
Assign properties
The “Default” checkbox decides which property offers the appointment type; with several types, customers first choose the type, then the slot.
Key Benefits
Minimum duration, buffer time before and follow-up time after, per appointment type – timum automatically keeps travel and follow-up free.
The description before booking sets expectations; the description after booking automatically delivers, say, the documents to bring in the confirmation and reminder emails.
A price can be stored per property – for chargeable valuation appointments, for instance.
Import from onOffice, FLOWFACT or Propstack instead of double maintenance; appointment types you do not need can be deactivated temporarily without deleting them.
