Propstack Integration
Maintaining properties in Propstack and creating them again in timum? Entering appointments here and adding them there? The Propstack integration imports agents, properties and appointment categories with a wizard – and writes every booking straight back as an appointment with its contact. Data protection is built in: private Propstack appointments only block the time, their titles and contents are not taken over into timum.

How It Works
Connect
Enter the Propstack API key (Administration → API keys) in timum under Settings → Integrations; register the webhooks so changes arrive without delay.
Import
Start the wizards for agents, properties and categories; linked categories show in advance how many Propstack automations they trigger.
Automatically in sync
Bookings appear as Propstack appointments with a contact; confirmations, reminders and cancellations are still sent to customers by timum.
