Provider Calendar

A Provider Calendar (called "Provider" in the API) is the shared calendar view for a group of resources – for example, all properties of an office or all consultants in a team. It displays their appointments, blockers, and availability side by side.

What a Provider Calendar contains

• Resources: Properties, people, or rooms that can be booked.
• Staff: Users you grant access to. Users are free; you can invite as many people as you like.
• A dedicated link: the custom URL you assign when creating it (e.g. timum.de/your-name). This makes the overall calendar accessible, provided resources have been enabled for it.
• Settings: Provider profile, users, process settings (defaults for new resources), booking layout, statistics, privacy, contact types, and integrations.

How to find your way around

The main navigation of a Provider Calendar:

• Calendar – the shared weekly view; on the left, the list of your properties with the property menu
• Appointment Types – which appointment types exist and which resource offers them as default
• Consultation Hours – rules for recurring availability
• Appointment Booking – Booking Channels: custom booking links and website plugins for multiple resources
• Settings – the areas mentioned above
• Customers – your customer database

An Account can contain multiple Provider Calendars, and a Provider Calendar can contain multiple Resources. Resources can be moved between Provider Calendars. To find out how to create another calendar, see Create additional calendars.
